Late Cancel/ No-Show

We require 24-hour advance notice of cancellation for all appointments (except for Micropigmentation and Lashes, which require 48-hour notice), to protect both our service professionals and to provide waitlisted clients the opportunity to book new openings. Except in cases of unavoidable emergencies, late cancellations (cancellations with less than 24-hours notice) and no-shows (cancellations without any notification) will be charged the full rate of the listed service price of the missed appointment.

For specialty services such as Micropigmentation, Lash Extensions, & Brow Laminations, deposits of 50% are required to schedule appointments. We require 48-hour advance notice of cancellation for specialty services (Micropigmentation, Lash Extensions, & Brow Laminations). These specialty services require 1-3hours of our service professionals' time, so last-minute cancellations severely impact their commissions but, also does not allow enough time to provide waitlisted clients the opportunity to book new openings. This deposit is non-refundable within 48-hours of the service time (Clients that call to cancel outside of the 48-hour window will receive a 100% refund or the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment). Late cancellations (cancellations with less than 48-hours notice) and no-shows (cancellations without any notification) will lose 100% of the prepaid deposit, and would require a new deposit to rebook the appointment. Included in your initial Micropigmentation price is a 6-week Touch-up which is forfeited if you no call no show and would require another deposit to rebook.

Late Arrivals

We allow for a 15minute grace period for specialty services such as Micropigmentation, Lashes, & Brow Lamination, if a client is late beyond that 15-minute window, we cannot guarantee that service will be rendered at that time and the client would need to reschedule and lose their prepaid deposit.

For lash and body waxing services arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment with full charges applied. For brow and quicker services, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you are more than 5 minutes late as there may be appointments scheduled after yours. We strongly suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to allow for traffic and parking restrictions.

Right to Refuse Service

iBrow Spa and staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
